About 30 to 50 days, depending on the number of machines and local conditions. Small powder lines at the lower end of that range can be assembled in about a week if the civil works are complete and a crane or forklift is available. Make sure the site is ready with the necessary installation tools — a crane or forklift is essential, and the plant must be able to receive containers and move them to the installation area.

Normally one or two YUSHUNXIN engineers, depending on the size of the line and whether mechanical and electrical commissioning can run in parallel. For a powder line, one engineer is usually sufficient; for a complete granule line with automatic batching and PLC control, two engineers — one mechanical and one electrical — shorten the commissioning period considerably. Your team should include at least one electrician and two mechanical fitters to work alongside them.

Both depend on the production capacity and the machines selected — the dryer, the bucket elevators and the storage bins are what set the height requirement. As a guide, a powder line needs 5–7 m clear height, a granule line with a rotary dryer needs 8–12 m, and a line with bulk storage silos needs more. We provide a general arrangement drawing with the height requirements marked so your builder can confirm the site before manufacture begins.

For a small plant the usual team is: one person responsible for fermentation, who should understand aerobic composting so they can control moisture and turning frequency; one loader driver to bring raw material to the line; one operator at the control panel, who should have a basic electrical or mechanical background; and two people on packaging, which requires no special skills. That is five people for a farm-scale line.

A loader or forklift for raw material feeding is essential and is the item most often overlooked in a first budget. Beyond that: a crane or telehandler for installation, a moisture meter, a temperature probe long enough to reach the core of your piles, a set of hand tools for routine maintenance, a pressure washer for cleaning separators and screens, and a small workshop area with a bench and storage for the wear parts you keep in stock.

Larger machines such as dryers, cooling drums, rotary screens and granulators are shipped whole or in two sections in standard 20-foot or 40-foot containers, and assembled on site. Small and medium machines ship fully assembled. Every shipment is accompanied by an equipment list for customs clearance, and the packing is designed for sea freight with the machines braced inside the container. We will confirm the container count and the maximum single-piece weight for your port before the order is finalised.
