Buying, delivery and service questions

What certifications do your machines carry?

YUSHUNXIN operates an ISO 9001 quality management system, and the company is a registered Chinese import and export enterprise. Electrical components can be supplied to CE requirements for markets that require it, and the machines are designed and manufactured against Chinese national standards. Certificates and test reports for specific machines are provided with the shipping documents on request.

What voltage can the machines be supplied for?

The standard supply is 380 V / 50 Hz, three-phase. Machines can be wound and fitted for 220 V, 415 V, 440 V, 480 V or 60 Hz on request, and the electrical components, control voltage and motor protection are matched accordingly. Confirm your supply at the enquiry stage, because the specification is fixed at manufacture and cannot be changed afterwards.

What warranty do you provide?

Twelve months from commissioning, covering manufacturing defects. Wear parts — screens, crusher and granulator teeth, dryer flights and seals — are consumable items and are excluded, though we supply them at cost for the life of the machine. We recommend keeping a small stock of the fast-wearing items at your site; the wear-parts list supplied with the equipment tells you which ones and in what quantity.

Can I test my manure before ordering a plant?

Yes, and we encourage it. Send 20–50 kg of your compost or dried manure to our factory and our engineers will run a granulation test and report the recommended binder, the binder dose, the moisture setting and the granulation rate you can expect. It is the single most useful thing you can do before committing to a granulation line, and it takes days rather than weeks. For slurry projects, send a sample of the separated solid rather than the raw slurry.

Can I visit the factory or see a machine running before I buy?

Yes. YUSHUNXIN's factory is in Xingyang, Zhengzhou, and customers are welcome to visit at any time by appointment. We arrange airport transfer, accommodation advice, a full tour of the production workshop and, where possible, a visit to a customer plant running a similar line within China. For overseas customers who cannot travel, we provide video walk-throughs of the machines being assembled and tested.

What spare parts should I keep in stock?

For a manure fertilizer line the critical items are: separator screens, crusher blades or chains, granulator teeth, dryer flights, screen mesh panels, conveyor belts and the bag-sewing needle and thread. Everything else — motors, gearboxes, bearings and rollers — can be carried regionally rather than at your site. We provide a recommended first-two-years spares list with prices at the order stage so that the cost is visible in your budget rather than being discovered later.

How are enquiries handled, and how quickly will I get a reply?

Send us the animal or manure type, the daily volume, the target product, your country and your automation and budget expectations. Our engineers reply within one working day with either a clarification question or a recommended process route. Detailed proposals, layout drawings and priced equipment lists typically follow within a week of the initial enquiry, and both the technical and commercial questions are answered by the same engineer who will follow the project through.

Do you supply spare parts and service after the warranty period?

Yes, for the life of the equipment. Spare parts are supplied from our factory stock or from regional partners, and our service team supports plants remotely — by video call, by reviewing your operating data, or by reviewing photographs of the problem — for as long as you operate the machine. On-site service visits outside the warranty period are arranged at cost.
