What to tell us so we can answer properly
The fastest way to a useful answer is to give us five things at once: the animal and the manure type, including whether it is fresh slurry or dried; the daily manure volume or the number of animals; the product you want to sell — compost, powder fertilizer or granules; your country and site conditions, including climate and available power; and your expectations on automation and budget.
With those five answers our engineers can propose a process route the same week, with the capacity of each machine calculated from the one before it and a layout drawing showing what the site has to accommodate. Without them, any quotation you receive — from us or from anyone else — is a guess, and it will usually be the lowest one, because that is what wins the order.
If you have a laboratory analysis of your manure, send it. If you do not, a basic analysis of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, moisture, pH and salinity is inexpensive and will pay for itself several times over by preventing a wrong equipment choice. For granulation projects we also recommend sending 20–50 kg of compost or dried manure for a granulation test in our factory.

How quickly will I receive a reply?
Within one working day for the initial technical response. A detailed proposal with a process route, layout drawing and priced equipment list typically follows within a week, once we have confirmed your manure type, daily volume, target product and country. If your enquiry arrives over a weekend or a Chinese public holiday, expect the reply on the next working day.
Is there a cost for a quotation or a process design?
No. The pre-sale engineering — material review, process route, equipment selection and layout drawing — is provided free of charge and without obligation. If you send a material sample for a granulation test, we run the test at our factory at no cost; you pay only the shipping of the sample to us.
Can I speak to an engineer rather than a salesperson?
Yes. Technical enquiries are answered by our engineering team, and for a project of any size the engineer who prepares the process design will follow the project through to commissioning. If a question requires a design decision — a granulator type, a dryer size, a fermentation method — it is answered by the person who will be responsible for the plant working.
What languages can you communicate in?
Our team works in English and Chinese, and we support customers in other languages through written communication and, where needed, translation. Technical documents — drawings, equipment lists, maintenance schedules — are supplied in English as standard.
