Our Services

What a YUSHUNXIN project actually includes: the engineering before the order, the customisation during manufacture, and the installation, commissioning and training after delivery.

  • Pre-sale engineering: material analysis, process design and layout drawings
  • Custom manufacture: capacity, voltage, fuel, automation and bag format
  • After-sale: installation, commissioning, operator training and remote support

What you receive before you place an order

The engineering work happens before the order, not after it. Our engineers review your manure analysis, ask about your housing and collection system, and establish the design basis for the plant: daily manure volume, moisture in and out of each stage, target product and capacity. From that they propose a process route and an equipment list, with the reason for each machine rather than a catalogue selection.

You also receive a general arrangement drawing showing the material flow, machine positions, access for maintenance, the fermentation floor and the finished-product storage. Building height, power requirements and the civil works your contractor has to complete are marked on it. If you can send a 20–50 kg sample of your compost or dried manure, we will run a granulation test in our factory and report the recommended binder, binder dose, moisture setting and expected granulation rate.

Nothing in that stage commits you to an order. Customers frequently use the process route and layout drawing to confirm their site, arrange finance or discuss the project with a partner before placing the order — and in several cases the engineering stage has told them to start with a smaller plant than they originally intended, which is the most valuable advice a manufacturer can give.

What happens after the plant is running

Our involvement continues after commissioning. The service team supports the plant remotely — by video call, by reviewing operating data, or by examining photographs and video of a problem — for as long as you operate the equipment. Spare parts are supplied from factory stock or through regional partners, and on-site service visits are arranged at cost when a problem cannot be resolved remotely.

We also recommend that customers let us follow up after the first full season of operation. By then you will know your real output, your actual fermentation time, your operating cost per tonne and the price your product achieves. Those figures frequently suggest a modest change — a larger buffer bin, an additional fermentation channel, a second packing head — that raises the return on the original investment considerably more than replacing a machine would.

If you would like to discuss a project, send us the animal or manure type, the daily volume, the moisture, the product you intend to sell and your country. Our engineers reply within one working day, and both the technical and commercial questions are handled by the same person from the first enquiry through to commissioning.

Company services

As a professional manufacturer of organic fertilizer making equipment, we insist to provide high-quality services for our customers. On the one hand, we offer customized services of products. We can adjust our product design and configuration according to your actual requirements. On the other hand, we have skillful engineers, who can provide you detailed plan and advice on production arrangement and equipment purchasing. We believe that we not only provide you first-class equipment, but also first-class products.

Pre-sale Service

Whether you are interest in composting machines or the whole manure to fertilizer production line, we can provide you detailed introduction. The only thing you need do is to tell us your conditions and requirements (raw materials, space, budget, your plan). Our salesman can offer you quotation, composting & production methods, selection, function and operation of related equipment. At the same time, our engineer can design production plan and layout of production line. Besides online communication, you can also arrange factory visit and product test for you.

After-sale Service

After purchasing our manure to fertilizer equipment, we will offer operating instructions and related videos to tell you how to install and use the equipment. Meanwhile, if you need, we can also designate engineer to give on-site instruction (installation and production trial run).

Frequently asked questions

What does the pre-sale service include?

A review of your manure analysis and housing system, a proposed process route with the design basis for each machine, an equipment list with models and a budget, a general arrangement drawing showing machine positions and site requirements, foundation and electrical drawings, and — if you send a material sample — a factory granulation test reporting the recommended binder and expected granulation rate.

Can the equipment be customised to our requirements?

Yes, and customisation is standard rather than exceptional. Capacity, voltage and frequency, dryer fuel type, automation level, product form, bag size and format, and the level of dust and odour control are all specified with the order. What we cannot change after manufacture is the machine's core size, so the capacity and voltage decisions have to be settled before the order is placed.

Do you provide installation engineers?

Yes. A YUSHUNXIN engineer attends the site to supervise assembly, align and level the machines, commission the line on your material and prove the output before handover. For a complete granule line with automatic batching and PLC control we normally send two engineers, one mechanical and one electrical. Installation and operator training typically take about 30–50 days on site depending on the size of the line.

What training do you provide to our operators?

Training covers start-up and shutdown sequences, normal running, the process parameters that matter most at each stage — moisture to the granulator, temperature in the fermentation pile, dryer outlet temperature, pellet quality — routine maintenance, and fault finding. It is delivered on your own machine with your own material during commissioning, and it is supported by a written maintenance schedule and a wear-parts list.

What after-sales support is available?

Remote technical support for the life of the equipment, spare parts from factory stock or regional partners, and on-site service visits at cost when a problem cannot be resolved remotely. We also recommend a follow-up review after your first full season of operation, using your actual output and cost figures to identify the changes that would improve the plant's return.
