Who we are
Zhengzhou Shunxin Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of machinery for converting animal manure and organic waste into compost, powder fertilizer and granular organic fertilizer. The company was founded in 2005 and operates from a standard heavy industrial workshop in Xingyang, Zhengzhou, in Henan Province. We are a manufacturer rather than a trading company: the machines we sell are designed, fabricated, machined and assembled by our own team.
The business covers the whole manure to fertilizer chain. That includes solid liquid separators and dewatering machines that make raw slurry handleable; compost turners, fermentation channels and in-vessel fermentation tanks that convert manure into stable compost; crushers, screeners and mixers that prepare it for sale; granulators, dryers, coolers and coaters that turn it into pellets; and the bagging and conveying equipment that puts it into sacks with a fixed weight and a declared analysis.
Our equipment is in service in more than sixty countries, in conditions as varied as the Peruvian coast, the Indian subcontinent, West Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. That range of experience is reflected in the design: we build for abrasive, damp, biologically active material rather than adapting machines intended for dry chemical fertilizer, and we specify wear parts that can be replaced locally.
What we do
- Manure treatment: screw-press and inclined-screen separators, dewatering machines, dryers, shredders, screeners and deodorising systems.
- Composting equipment: groove-type, wheel-type, crawler, self-propelled and forklift-mounted turners, fermentation channels and in-vessel fermentation tanks with forced aeration.
- Fertilizer machinery: disc, rotary drum, stirring-tooth, drum churning, double roller and flat die granulators, along with mixers, coaters, coolers and polishers.
- Complete production lines: powder lines from 1 t/h and granule lines from 2 t/h up to 30 t/h, including conveying, batching, dust collection and automatic bagging.
- Process engineering: manure analysis, process route design, plant layout drawings, foundation and electrical drawings, and commissioning at your site.
- Operator training and after-sales support: start-up training, maintenance schedules, wear-part recommendations and remote technical support for the life of the equipment.
How we work with customers
Every project starts with the material rather than with a machine. We ask what animal the manure comes from, how much is produced each day, what its moisture and litter content are, what product you intend to sell and where, and what power and labour are available on site. From those answers our engineers propose a process route and an equipment list with a stated design basis for each machine — throughput, moisture in and out, and power.
Because all of the equipment comes from one drawing set, the interfaces between machines are our responsibility. The dryer is sized for the granulator's discharge, the conveying is sized for peak rather than average flow, and the electrical and control design is one coherent scheme rather than several suppliers' equipment bolted together. Customers receive a general arrangement drawing, foundation drawings, an electrical load list and a wear-parts list before manufacture starts.
After delivery, a YUSHUNXIN engineer attends site for installation and commissioning and trains your operators on start-up, normal running, maintenance and fault finding. Our service team then supports the plant remotely for as long as you operate it. After years of reform and developments, Shunxin has a standardized heavy industrial plant of 60000 square meters. Among which, 10 processing centers, 3 laser cutting machine, and more than 100 units of all kinds of equipment are included. In addition, we have a professional team who dedicates to research and develop all kinds of manure to fertilizer machines with high quality. Company products
Shunxin is the active advocater of ecological agriculture. We not only offer manure composting machines for make simple compost, but also provide complete manure to fertilizer production lines for commercial purpose. The commercial fertilizer equipment for dealing with animal wastes includes powdery animal manure fertilizer production line and granular animal manure fertilizer production line. The detailed equipment is as below:
Animal manure composting equipment: Groove type compost turner, wheel type compost turner and chain plate type compost turner for groove type composting; crawler type compost turner and moving type compost turner for windrow composting; forklift compost turner for small scale composting; and Shunxin fermentation tank for aerobic fermentation. Meanwhile, all of them can be used in composting cow dung, horse manure fermentation, composting poultry manure, and making goat manure compost.
Manure dehydrating machines: 50% to 60% is the best water content for successful composting. However, moisture of fresh animal manure is usually about 70% to 90%. So you need to remove extra water content. Both Shunxin solid liquid separator and inclined screen type dehydrating machine are available for you.
Granulating equipment: New type organic fertilizer granulator, rotary drum churning granulator, disc granulator, and organic fertilizer polishing machine. These machines can granulate powdery organic fertilizer, which contributes to storage, transport and application. After granulating, you can use fertilizer for commercial purpose.
Crushing equipment: Compost crusher and straw crusher. The former can make compost more uniform and fine. The latter can crush straws and rice hull into small pieces, and you can add them to animal manure for improve ventilation and C/N ratio.
Mixing equipment: Horizontal mixer and disc mixer.
Drying and cooling machines: Rotary drum drying machine, rotary drum cooling machine, natural gas burner and hot blast furnace.
Auxiliary machines: Screening machine, conveying equipment, automatic packing machine and so on.

Is YUSHUNXIN a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Zhengzhou Shunxin Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. designs and builds the machines in our own workshop in Xingyang, Zhengzhou, with more than 100 sets of machining equipment including 10 machining centres and 3 laser cutting machines. Buying directly from the manufacturer means you are not paying a middle layer, and the technical questions are answered by the engineers who build the equipment.
How long has the company been making manure fertilizer equipment?
Since 2005. Over that period the product range has grown from individual composting machines to complete manure to fertilizer plants covering separation, fermentation, crushing, screening, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, coating and bagging, and the equipment has been supplied to customers in more than sixty countries.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, at any time by appointment. We arrange airport transfer and accommodation advice, show you the production workshop and the machines under assembly, and where possible take you to a customer plant running a similar line within China. For customers who cannot travel, we provide video walk-throughs of machines being assembled and tested.
What makes your manure equipment different from general fertilizer machinery?
Manure is damp, sticky, abrasive and biologically active, and machines designed for dry chemical fertilizer do not survive it well. Our manure equipment uses stainless steel contact surfaces, heavier frames, larger screw and belt capacities, anti-blinding screens and wear parts that can be replaced locally. The difference shows up in uptime rather than in the catalogue specification.
